"We called Omar and V star renovations having had a horrible contractor called Costas Tsatsos (beware!!! Old fashioned uncooperative style ! Take the same money and WRECK our bathroom - the ceiling was leaking into the living room downstairs! You can sense the lack of Love in the work- he looks like a Jaded contractor - as a community member that suffered under this man- I warn, BEWARE!!! ) - V STAR renovations came in like HEROES! They were intelligent, polite, professional and SINCERE!!! They were all about the work and getting the job done! I get emotional thinking about how good they were to us after that trauma - they were CLEAN and polite - they were able and committed ! NOT ARROGANT. They knew their stuff and had their own van so they are a serious company- only professionals came into our home and fixed this bathroom and got it UP TO CODE!!! They never said anything about the bad work of the other guy. They just quietly and confidently cane and did what they came to do. THEY LISTENED! In a way that ancknowledged our distress and made us feel seen like we were in good hands- and they delivered!!! Such care ! They sealed off the ceiling for the leaking ceiling repair and saved my Christmas tree in the living room from getting dust! That was the level of CARE and detail - for dust management, that proves the level of skill these people had! They saved my Christmas tree from dust! My tree is in the pictures to wish everyone Merry Christmas - but look at how many ornaments is on that thing! If that ceiling repair was a reality-TV contractor challenge they would have WON!!! Not a speck of dust, yet they never touched the tree or interfered with it !!! Our home was protected with drop cloths and they cleaned up so well- I didn’t even have to clean up after they left!!! Do yourself a favour and HIRE THESE PEOPLE for ALL your needs! Don’t let people like Costas thrive- Costas COST US!!!! Save yourself the hassle and psychological and financial distress a bad decision can cause you. Beautiful human beings! - Good for family households! Emotionally Intelligent! The kind of people you WANT in your home God bless them forever!!!! this is the kind of company we want to see grow and thrive in the community- because they CARE about the WORK and the CUSTOMERS! - If I had to describe them in one word- I carefully choose this word, it would be…FOCUSED! but also FAIR and HUMBLE!"

"Honestly one of the best contractors I’ve worked with. Showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and actually cared about doing the job right. Fixed things I didn’t even realize were messed up and didn’t overcharge. Super reliable, super professional. I’d definitely call him again for anything around the house."

"had V Star Renovation work on my place, and I honestly had a great experience with them. Omar was the one who handled most of the work, and he was super easy to deal with from the start. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense, showed up when he said he would, and kept me updated the whole time. The work itself turned out really good. You can tell he cares about doing things properly, not just rushing to finish. He also cleaned up after the job, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out. If you need any kind of renovation done, I’d definitely recommend Omar and V Star Renovation. They made the whole process way less stressful than I expected."

"Omar saved the day after our initial contractor canceled the job 15 minutes before it was supposed to start. We had a new floor coming in and a timeline to be followed. Omar charged us a fair price and got the job done on time. He removed a 1/2 wall, built a new entryway and built a foyer closet. Great job. Couldn’t have asked for more."

"Omar and his team are by far the best!! We have had V Star Renovation renovate a main bathroom in our home after a huge leak, install new carpet through the entire house, install multiple light fixtures, install a new laundry room sink, fix broken cabinets, install a new sink in the kitchen, and odd jobs here and there around the house. "We used v star renovation for my home in North York around May. It was a big project, transforming my basement into an apartment after a heavy flood, installing new tiles and cabinets in the main kitchen, and installing tiles and vanity in the main floor powder room. In addition, we got all the interior walls painted for a very reasonable price. I was surprised and appreciative that COVID-19 didn’t cause a delay as I had anticipated. I have postponed my review to provide an opportunity to test the quality of renovation and provide reasonable feedback. I would like to give Five Stars based on the following reasons and facts: The quality of the material used and the works performed is very good. During/after the renovation, I invited a couple of my friends who have some degree of construction knowledge to visit our place, they all gave positive comments. Communication/ coordination was smooth. As we aren’t very familiar with all the steps of our renovation, we depended on Omar to give us all the necessary updates. Omar was able to respond to our questions/concerns in a timely manner and was willing to find a solution for any misunderstanding. From my perspective, I believe the amount of work that was done for the renovation is far more than what we saw. Overall, we are very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend this contractor. I may follow up with some pictures."

"Omar and his team did excellent job inside my house, all the hard work and dedication his team put in, I truly recommend v star renovation team if any one thinking of renovating there place . Thank you so much for all the hard work !"

"I have hired this company for three different projects. For my residence and some investment properties. I was very satisfied with their work ethic. My property sold quickly for a good price in such a slow market. Their prices are very reasonable and worth the value! They are very busy, and get booked up quickly. Best to book with them in advance. Advise them of your plan/s and schedule ahead of time."

"When I first moved in Whitby. My basement was pretty bad, previous landlord had a tenant living and he/she left it awful. I had to replace the whole washroom technically. I came across this gentleman and he was great with his work. Gave me an estimate where he beat other handyman’s quote. The work was very professional and outstanding. And far most i trusted him. Great work ethics. Great work! Highly recommended! Good luck"
