Take the same money and WRECK our bathroom - the ceiling was leaking into the living room downstairs! You can sense the lack of Love in the work- he looks like a Jaded contractor - as a community member that suffered under this man- I warn, BEWARE!!! ) - V STAR renovations came in like HEROES! They were intelligent, polite, professional and SINCERE!!! They were all about the work and getting the job done! I get emotional thinking about how good they were to us after that trauma - they were CLEAN and polite - they were able and committed ! NOT ARROGANT. They knew their stuff and had their own van so they are a serious company- only professionals came into our home and fixed this bathroom and got it UP TO CODE!!! They never said anything about the bad work of the other guy. They just quietly and confidently cane and did what they came to do. THEY LISTENED! In a way that ancknowledged our distress and made us feel seen like we were in good hands- and they delivered!!! Such care ! They sealed off the ceiling for the leaking ceiling repair and saved my Christmas tree in the living room from getting dust! That was the level of CARE and detail - for dust management, that proves the level of skill these people had! They saved my Christmas tree from dust! My tree is in the pictures to wish everyone Merry Christmas - but look at how many ornaments is on that thing! If that ceiling repair was a reality-TV contractor challenge they would have WON!!! Not a speck of dust, yet they never touched the tree or interfered with it !!! Our home was protected with drop cloths and they cleaned up so well- I didn’t even have to clean up after they left!!! Do yourself a favour and HIRE THESE PEOPLE for ALL your needs! Don’t let people like Costas thrive- Costas COST US!!!! Save yourself the hassle and psychological and financial distress a bad decision can cause you. Beautiful human beings! - Good for family households! Emotionally Intelligent!
