Omar and his team are by far the best!! We have had V Star Renovation renovate a main bathroom in our home after a huge leak, install new carpet through the entire house, install multiple light fixtures, install a new laundry room sink, fix broken cabinets, install a new sink in the kitchen, and odd jobs here and there around the house. For the last 4 years we always relied on Omar for anything needing done around the house because we trust him. He’s honest and truly reliable, and works with us to get jobs done within our budget. We had a basement leak that had ruined the basement floor. V Star was contacted, they came immediately and assessed the damage. The floor was replaced and the leak was fixed incredibly fast. This happened a couple days before Christmas and they had the work done before the holidays. The work was professional and the guys were very personable. I highly recommend. I am so happy find v star renovation, on December 17, 2021, I called him for urgent job, he responded soon, because of urgent job , and it was Friday , he put his time right away and weekend to find the problem and fix the problem on a few days.

Posting little late, I hired Omar last October to renovate two of my washrooms. Basically he is a one man army He did okay job i am not 100 percent satisfied I just hope his team would be little more professional and punctual. Omar is knowledgeable and sincere but only problem he works as per his convenience, his schedule is not fixed one day he would come at 10am, another day 2pm.
Also, I noticed water on my first floor ceiling from washroom shower drain and I am trying to contact Omar but I am not getting any response which is quite disappointing for me.
We had Omar update our bathroom and he did a neat and thorough job and hid prices are very competitive. Highly recommend.

We hired Omar at V Star Renovation to turn our bathroom into an attached bathroom. Omar visited our property within a few hours of my phone call, assessed and provided a very reasonable quote. He began the job on time, provided updates and went above our expectations. We are very pleased with how our bathroom turned out! He did a wonderful job!

We used v star renovation for my home in North York around May. It was a big project, transforming my basement into an apartment after a heavy flood, installing new tiles and cabinets in the main kitchen, and installing tiles and vanity in the main floor powder room. In addition, we got all the interior walls painted for a very reasonable price. I was surprised and appreciative that COVID-19 didn’t cause a delay as I had anticipated.
I have postponed my review to provide an opportunity to test the quality of renovation and provide reasonable feedback. I would like to give Five Stars based on the following reasons and facts:
The quality of the material used and the works performed is very good. During/after the renovation, I invited a couple of my friends who have some degree of construction knowledge to visit our place, they all gave positive comments.
Communication/ coordination was smooth. As we aren’t very familiar with all the steps of our renovation, we depended on Omar to give us all the necessary updates. Omar was able to respond to our questions/concerns in a timely manner and was willing to find a solution for any misunderstanding.
From my perspective, I believe the amount of work that was done for the renovation is far more than what we saw. Overall, we are very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend this contractor. I may follow up with some pictures.

Great service and professionalism! So far he has installed a gas range, an overhead microwave, and a kitchen faucet. Omar has even repaired our dishwasher. A+ service and very affordable prices.
I have hired this company for three different projects. For my residence and some investment properties. I was very satisfied with their work ethic. My property sold quickly for a good price in such a slow market. Their prices are very reasonable and worth the value! They are very busy, and get booked up quickly. Best to book with them in advance. Advise them of your plan/s and schedule ahead of time.
When I first moved in Whitby. My basement was pretty bad, previous landlord had a tenant living and he/she left it awful. I had to replace the whole washroom technically. I came across this gentleman and he was great with his work. Gave me an estimate where he beat other handyman’s quote. The work was very professional and outstanding. And far most i trusted him. Got some repair work done this weekend on our closets very satisified with his work and skillset he knows what to do and have good n honest opinions as well dont want to rip off you so much recomended qoutes are also reasonable and pace of work is also quick and has all equipment to finish the job.
