We had a basement leak that had ruined the basement floor. V Star was contacted, they came immediately and assessed the damage. The floor was replaced and the leak was fixed incredibly fast. We used v star renovation for my home in North York around May. It was a big project, transforming my basement into an apartment after a heavy flood, installing new tiles and cabinets in the main kitchen, and installing tiles and vanity in the main floor powder room. In addition, we got all the interior walls painted for a very reasonable price. I was surprised and appreciative that COVID-19 didn’t cause a delay as I had anticipated. I have postponed my review to provide an opportunity to test the quality of renovation and provide reasonable feedback. I would like to give Five Stars based on the following reasons and facts: The quality of the material used and the works performed is very good. During/after the renovation, I invited a couple of my friends who have some degree of construction knowledge to visit our place, they all gave positive comments. Communication/ coordination was smooth. As we aren’t very familiar with all the steps of our renovation, we depended on Omar to give us all the necessary updates. Omar was able to respond to our questions/concerns in a timely manner and was willing to find a solution for any misunderstanding. From my perspective, I believe the amount of work that was done for the renovation is far more than what we saw. Overall, we are very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend this contractor. I may follow up with some pictures.

When I first moved in Whitby. My basement was pretty bad, previous landlord had a tenant living and he/she left it awful. I had to replace the whole washroom technically. I came across this gentleman and he was great with his work. Gave me an estimate where he beat other handyman’s quote. The work was very professional and outstanding. And far most i trusted him.
